Norma  Maloney 

  Hospitality Executive with nineteen years of operational experience as a Senior Manager and Executive in Sales, Marketing, Special Event Restaurant Design and Concept Development support, Training Development, Special Events and Community Relations.

Norma, in her prior position as Vice President, Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises Inc., created and developed the Parties and Special Events division into a significant additional revenue stream for all of the Lettuce Entertain You Restaurant properties.  Norma applies first-hand experience to Special Event Sales and Marketing with an emphasis on creative culinary and beverage elements, spatial design, service systems, branding and creation of unique event identities.  These areas, coupled with staff development and sales systems, combine to increase profitability and market share.

Norma’s professional affiliations including Board Member of the Chicago Convention and Visitors Bureau 1999-2007, Meeting Planners International Member, Les Dames d’Escoffier , Women’s Food Service Forum, ISES and ICA have given added dimension to  her expertise in the hospitality industry.   Norma has been featured as a guest presenter at national and international industry forums throughout her career.
