With a specialization in staff training and customer relations, Eric Feltman brings a hands-on approach to consulting at Creative Hospitality Associates. His intuitive management style and intimate awareness of day-to-day operations propelled him into managing the training programs with Wendy’s International, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and Cracker Barrel's Old Country Store.


Feltman understands the theater of foodservice.  Not only did he complete the Executive Chef Training Program at Patrick Collins Culinary Academy, he studied acting at the Royal Shakespearean Academy in Knightsbridge (London) England and graduated from the Goodman School of Drama in Chicago.


Feltman’s areas of expertise include Operations Management, Employee Training, Internal Program Development, Item Conception, Recipe Development, Menu Design and Production and Niche Market Analysis of Promotional Innovations.
