Joel M. Ingegno is a Culinary Expert. Joel received his A.O.S. Degree from the Culinary Institute of America. He returned to the CIA twice, once through a Fellowship Program and again to attend the Institute for specific programs such as the Hospitality and Restaurant Management Program, as well as an American Regional Cuisine and Baking Program.


Joel’s vast culinary experience includes Disney's Foodservice Programs and Lettuce Entertain You. Additionally Joel has had a variety of on-site restaurant Food Service Director and Executive Chef positions. Joel's areas of expertise are geared at Back of House quality, efficiency, safety and profitability. Joel has been pivotal in implementing new and existing food service products for various concepts including; restaurants, hotel, casinos and theme parks.


He provides Menu and Recipe Development, Back of House Training Manuals and Training and all logistics, schematics and other nuances of kitchen layout.

 

Joel Ingegno is a certified TIPS and BASSET alcohol awareness trainer.
