Kevin Dunn
Kevin Dunn was President of McDonald's Great Lakes Division, consisting of 2,500 restaurants, leading the company in the development of new concepts in restaurant design, market optimization, in-store merchandising, operations simplification and people development.
He revived the McDonald's All-American Crew Competition, a challenge that tests the knowledge and skills of restaurant crews, honoring the top-performing individual for each position. Dunn completed his work with McDonald's heading a Division that totaled $4 billion annually in sales.
Kevin Dunn earned an MBA from the Keller Management Graduate School.. and is currently an Adjunct Professor of Hospitality Management at Roosevelt University. Kevin’s expertise includes the fields of Concept Development, Operations Efficiencies and Personnel Training
