Ron Ager
A veteran of the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry for over 25 years, Ron has a wealth of experience with many entrepreneurs and a variety of landmark food service operations in the Chicagoland area. Ron's expertise is in all aspects of foodservice operations.
Ager has spent his career fine tuning the development of food service operations at Arlington Park's "Ditka's Trackside", Stonegate Conference and Banquet Center, The Milrose Brewing Company and many high end night clubs in the Chicagoland area. As a veteran operator, Ager offers all aspects of development in Hospitality Industry including; restaurant layout, financial planning and budgeting, staffing, training and facility maintenance.
Ron earned his Bachelor of Science from Roosevelt University and is registered with the Illinois Department of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse as a member of the advisory board for the Illinois Liquor Commission.
Ron Ager is a certified TIPS and BASSET alcohol awareness trainer.
