Situation

The Claddagh Irish Pubs is a 17 unit chain that was put into involuntary bankruptcy due to mismanagement and nearly $30 Million in debt. The US Bankruptcy Courts and the State Trustee needed to put a Management Team in place to reposition the chain for a future sale.

 

Services Provided

CHA was contacted and hired under the court’s supervision to analyze and move the company forward. CHA brought in an executive team and under CHA’s direction, the company has streamlined costs and introduced a new food and beverage offering in the Pubs. CHA continues to work with the courts in an effort to re-establish the company for future acquisition.

  Situation

Hyatt Hotels was asked by the Soviet Union to help train their Hotel Executives in the American System of Hospitality Management.

 

 Services Provided

Hyatt turned to CHA to work with its Executive Management Group to train Soviet Hotel Executives in American Hospitality systems. Curriculum content was developed and presented to educate management on proper training and staff issues. The program was implemented in Orlando, Washington D.C., and Chicago.

Situation

BP Amoco needed to provide its customers with the latest in added convenience to compete with other stand alone quick service concepts. Gourmet coffee and expanded food offerings were rolled out under the Wild Bean Cafe brand to create a clear competitive advantage, promote brand awareness and loyalty, and create a new revenue stream.

  Services Provided
CHA developed and delivered a complete program of operational controls and systems to ensure quality, consistency and profitability. The program for this expanded coffee, beverage, pastry, soup and sandwich offering was implemented, developed and rolled out by CHA in more than 550 Wild Bean Cafes nationwide.
